Part One of our DISC for Kids PLUS report gives you the "inside information" about your child. HOW CAN WE MEASURE THE COMMUNICATION STYLE AND THEN, WHAT DO WE DO WITH THOSE MEASURES?

There are just Four (4) Different Core Communication Styles. Everyone on the planet FAVORS one of them to share their ideas, believes, prejudices, concerns, fears etc. with the other people in their world. The universal communication styles are measured with a scientific tool called D I S C. The D stands for Dominance, the I for Influence or Extraversion, the S stands for Steadiness or Patience and the C stands for Comprehensiveness (things like details, precision, accuracy etc.)

In reality, everyone some elements of all four communication styles. There are times when we are Dominant, times we are OUTGOING AND EXTRAVERTED, times when we are SUPPORTIVE AND PATIENT and TIMES WHEN WE ARE PRECISE AND DETAILED.
However, EVERYONE RELIES UPON AND DISPLAYS the PRIMARY TRAITS OF ONE OF THEM IN MOST SITUATIONS.
